We have a golf society which play at a range of different courses.
Shooting
We host a local shoot through the season and can host your country pursuit social event.
Bar Billiards
Sadly bar billiards at The Windmill Inn ended when the pandemic hit in 2019, we had been in the Horsham league since it was set up in 1963 and was the longest serving along with The Plough, Lower Beeding.
Pub Pentathlon
The Pub Pentathlon competition runs between May & September. Teams of 8 (4 pairs) from each pub play each other in 5 "Pentathlon" disciplines - Cribbage, Dominoes (3s & 5s), Darts, Pub Skittles & Shove Halfpenny. The matches are Monday evenings & each pub plays each other twice in their own league - one "home" fixture & one "away".
Caterham F1 Team
PRESS: We supported the Caterham F1 team and had our pub logo featured on both cars at the final Grand Prix in Abu Dhabi.
Huge publicity and debate was generated, featured on Heart FM, Talk Radio, BBC Radio Sussex, Sky Sports F1, The Argus, West Sussex County Times, Daily Telegraph and The Sun.
